27th May Yaw Eladseet Episode 6 - Gainford to Barnard Castle

We'll be meeting outside the Methodist Church (The main A67 road entrance) in Barnard Castle at 11am. Hopefully at this time of day there should be plenty of free parking spaces available. We will then car share to Gainford for a 11:30 start.
I have to confess that I miscalculated the walk distance a little and it seems to be about 9.5miles (not 11miles as advertised). We should reach Whorlton for Lunch (5miles in) which has a large green next to a pub.
The weather for Sunday looks great at the moment so remember your hats and sun cream.
